Control Group Leader (DIGI/OPS/002)

Job Responsibility

• Drive process improvements in the day-to-day work

• Carry out daily activities within the stipulated TAT

• Assisting and supporting the field team

• Ability to handle a team of Executives

• Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software

• Preparation & Generation of MIS reports on related function

• Should be ready to shift between projects/ functions as and when required

• Maintain Internal & external customer satisfaction by providing quality service within the defined SOP

• Maintaining documentation and proper filing of documents for easier retrieval in case of any future requirement

Desired Skills

• Any Graduate

• Should have 3 to 4 years of experience preferably in back-office operations

• Should possess good written and spoken skills in English, Hindi and local language of the assigned cluster

• Should be a team player and should be able to contribute to the team in completing the activities assigned to the team

• Good knowledge of various applications of MS Office is desired
