Job Responsibility

Drive process improvements in the day-to-day work
Carry out daily activities within the stipulated TAT
Assisting and supporting the field team
Ability to handle a team of Executives
Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software
Preparation & Generation of MIS reports on related function
Should be ready to shift between projects/ functions as and when required
Maintain Internal & external customer satisfaction by providing quality service within the defined SOP
Maintaining documentation and proper filing of documents for easier retrieval in case of any future requirement

Desired Skills

Any Graduate
Should have 3 to 4 years of experience preferably in back-office operations
Should possess good written and spoken skills in English, Hindi and local language of the assigned cluster
Should be a team player and should be able to contribute to the team in completing the activities assigned to the team
Good knowledge of various applications of MS Office is desired
